The Fifth Avenue South Action Committee (FASAC) (Formally SAC prior to 10/6/06) is the body designated to review and interpret the Fifth Avenue Overlay District Code (58-1131) and to facilitate the permitting process as outlined in Section 2-571 of the Code of Ordinances.
